I Recently deleted my Gmail account without first deleting all of my other accounts associated with that Gmail account.
I have tried logging into my Instagram account and it tells me that I can’t access it without first accessing my Gmail account. I have tried recovering my Gmail account and I can’t recover that either.
I can just search up my Instagram account using any search engine and find my identity and photos associated with me publicly available.
I have looked at Instagram’s requirements for deleting an Instagram account, and they say that I have to log in for security reasons.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Bit of a catch 22. Unless you have another MFA setup I can’t see you getting into Instagram. I can see it from metas point of view as you are just some guy now asking to delete a 3rd party profile. Imagine if anyone could call in and request deletion or request control of someone else’s account. You could try setting up your Gmail address again if they allow users to adopt it. Perhaps it’s better to abandon it and let it wither.
