Not when their sole purpose is to assist in breaking the law.
Unjust laws should be broken, Unjust law enforcement should be obstructed
What unjust laws? Immigration laws? People that break the law getting detained is unjust? Is that you, Jasmine Crocket?
They have a right to fair trial, warrants, and to face their accusors. So long as these remain not done, the enforcement is unjust
Most of them have already had a “fair trial”/warrant/etc and been ordered to leave, and just……didn’t.
No they didn’t. They just said that without proving it, and you believed them despite the cases there they do wrongly deport citizens
I’m curious why you think someone who entered the country illegally deserves a “fair trial” before being deported when they’re in the country illegally?
@FreedomAdvocate @IzzyJ because you can’t establish whether they’re in the country illegally without a fair trial.
Yes you can lol. Citizenship records exist. Visa records exist.
Can you determine if someone has a drivers license without a trial?
Our law- rightly- operates on the basis or natural rights. Endowed by their creator, and inalienable. Do you know what that means? It means rights aren’t something given to you by the constitution, you are born with them just for being a person, and they cannot be taken away. If we have a right to fair trial, so does everyone who ever lived, whether they got them is just a matter of how oppressive their governments were. Illegal immigrants are people and thus have natural rights.
You don’t have a right to a “fair trial” for not being able to prove you’re a citizen or have a valid visa to be in the country though lol. This doesn’t need a trial because there’s nothing to argue, nothing in question. Citizenship records exist. Visa records exist.
