So why did it mention Russia allegedly using AI to spy on its citizens?
Because USA has similar restrictions on Russia for these powerful GPUs. Because Russia is just over the boarder from China. Because its another example. Just because Steve gave us a few examples, of countries using ai tech, dosent mean we need an exhaustive list of every example in the world.
