instead of addressing how power can cut out for days at a time or water boil advisories for its populations.
The free market is supposed to cover that. Texas is a libertarian wonderland in a way.

It was my understanding that the USSR insisted that its constituent republics were independent. Maybe the tankies need to revisit that.
They have gotten money from Bill Gates foundation. Still its a pop sci YouTube and does a good job at it. Some say its spreading misinformation or that context is missing. I don’t really see malicious intentions. Expecting more of a pop sci publication is kind of absurd; take a real class and study if you want more.

2·15 days agoPretty much. Also to bring the resolution and discussion around it. Someone might find they have the same issue in the future.
Crazy this is a big deal for a mainstream outlet to cover. That’s how regressive capitalism has been to consumers its supposed to help.
