I Recently deleted my Gmail account without first deleting all of my other accounts associated with that Gmail account.
I have tried logging into my Instagram account and it tells me that I can’t access it without first accessing my Gmail account. I have tried recovering my Gmail account and I can’t recover that either.
I can just search up my Instagram account using any search engine and find my identity and photos associated with me publicly available.
I have looked at Instagram’s requirements for deleting an Instagram account, and they say that I have to log in for security reasons.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Seems plausible this is something to pester instagram support about?
Recovery will likely be invasive, if they provide it at all. But this shouldn’t be an unheard of situation.
Though you might could ask a lawyer to send a threatening letter, since all you want is information deleted.
