    Perhaps this will have the silver lining of helping Bambu to roll back their newer cloud-only firmwares. They’re decent printers offline.

    Misleading title. A “U.S. ban on Bambu Labs 3d printers” is not nearly the same thing as a “U.S. ban on 3d printers”, yes there’s a plausible interpretation where the title makes sense but I guarantee they knew exactly what they were doing with the more obvious misleading clickbait interpretation.

    I wondered if this was coming. Bambu was set up by former DJI execs, and copied most of their dubious business practices.

    The bans are for stupid reasons, but I can’t feel sorry for bambu or DJI since they’re both terrible businesses.
