    You search for some info like:

    Is this tech gadget (or whatever) any good?

    You only find scammy “test” sites with tons of Amazon links that use AI bullshit texts or YouTube videos with some asshat shills that “test” this and that product that was sent over to them by the company.

    You add “reddit” to the search and get muuuuch better results for that. Sure, not everything is gold, but you often find tests and discussions aswell as questions and complaints from people who bought the stuff.

    That does not mean we have to like Reddit. I stopped contributing to that shithole a while ago and only use it without account but with strict ad blockers for my advantage.
